usually take between 1 - 2 hours, which is
equivelent to a full day classroom course. Unlike a class

Course doesn't have to be completed in one go, staff can break
off and pick up where they left off on another day. Restaurant or cafe
staff are required to achieve a 75% pass mark,
and, if necessary, may re-sit the test at no extra cost.
